🕯️ How It All Began- The Story Behind The Wax Alter 🕯️

It all started with a simple idea: I wanted to send my mom something special for Thanksgiving. She’s always loved candles...like, really loved them. So I thought, “Why not try making her some myself?”

Spoiler alert: the first batch was a total disaster 😅  

But something about the process stuck with me. There was something meditative, almost sacred, about blending wax and scent. It felt like I was reviving a lost art.

So I kept going. I tested, I tweaked, I learned. Eventually, I made a batch I was proud of and sent it to my mom. She lit one, called me up, and said, “These are amazing. You have to keep going.”

And I did.

With her encouragement, and the unwavering support of my incredible wife, I kept pouring, experimenting, and creating. What started as a gift has grown into something much bigger! A premium candle brand rooted in love, memory, and a little bit of magic.
